A Quiet Saturday

The Met on CBC. Nothing to say as CBC is doing all the talking. A relief, a release and a comfort to be just listening. Keep up your standard CBC.

The Dog and I

The Dog and I had a great time. The long driveway was ideal for 2 walks; a morning one to fetch the newspaper and a noon one to get the mail. She marked the entrance and was annoyed when those olfactory posts were ignored. When she found evidence of such disregards she added her personal overlay.
She answered a neighbouring dog's barks in a stance one associates with a great Dane. Good night Shih Tzu named Ivy

In the midst

I am enjoying myself in the midst of David & Tiresa's family. I have been here a week and have participated while amazed at the sheer work involved in raising a three year old and a 10 month old. Isabel and Orin are doing well from such nurturing parents.
It did occur to me that they were very forthcoming in offering to fetch me,an adopted dog and 3 cats of which 2 were adopted for a long visit. They have a dog and 2 cats. All 4-legged creatures are doing fine. So for the time being I am tempted to claim that we are functioning as a smart collective consisting of 3 adult individuals,2 young ones and 7 pets.
